General Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms: First and last month’s payment is required to commence your membership. Payment is required promptly on, or before, your renewal date each month. Failure to pay promptly by your renewal date will move your membership into its “last month” and re-application will be required.
Terms of Cancellation: You may cancel your membership with 30 days written notice to [email protected]; prior to or on your renewal date. We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time to preserve the positive integrity of the work environment for our Membership.
Confidentiality: We hold your personal and professional information in confidentiality. All members are required to hold the personal and professional information of their fellow Members in confidence to promote honest and free collaboration in a safe growth environment.
Orientation: We ask that your first visit be scheduled in advance to receive your orientation package and to ensure that your needs are being met.
